Alexia was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and later moved to London to pursue an undergraduate degree in Graphic Communication Design. She has been actively involved in the sports industry since 2014, gaining diverse experience in sports events, marketing, working on the Nike shop floor, serving as a Nike pacer, and working as a photographer. Currently, Alexia is a full-time Product Designer specializing in UX/UI and leads Flama's brand and partnerships. An avid marathoner, surfer, cyclist, and dancer, Alexia passionately believes in the transformative power of sports, which she credits with providing her with essential tools for professional success

With extensive experience in the sports industry, she has successfully led numerous innovative, community-based projects. As a marathoner and businesswoman, Alejandra uses sports as a powerful tool to empower and inspire others, driving positive change in her community and beyond. Her leadership and dedication to using sports for social impact make her a true trailblazer in the industry

Paola is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Lima with a Master’s in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, having worked for various service and industrial companies, primarily in administration, finance, and operations. Paola is highly skilled in process improvement, cost reduction, and managing multicultural environments. Known for her strong planning and communication abilities, as well as her problem-solving skills and teamwork, she also serves as a university professor. At Flama, Paola leads operations, ensuring the foundation runs smoothly and efficiently.
